Poured from a bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a lightly hazed golden straw color with a small head of puffy white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a lemon and yeasty smell mixed with notes of breadiness and lots of coriander and clove spice. Along with these smells comes notes of hay and a touch of orange.
Taste – The taste begins with a crisp bready and cracker malt flavor mixed with a strong showing of lemon, lemongreass, clove, and coriander. There is also some light hay and yeast upfront, with both getting stronger as the taste advances. Toward the end, there is a some light pepper and a bit of a increase in some graininess, leaving one with a rather crisp taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light with a higher level of carbonation. For the style and the tastes the feel is great and makes for a nice easy drinker.
Overall – A rather nice witbier. Easy drinking and flavorful.

Looks unfiltered with a two finger creamy/foamy head. Opaque straw color-smells muted cereal grains, minor lemon, fresh dough-Taste is refreshingly delicious- Better than a blue moon, with a nice malt back bone. Feels luxurious and creamy. Overall this is a beer I would love to have on a hot evening-

500 mL bottle poured into a frosted Guinness tulip pint ($6).

Pours light gold and hazy. A thin white head with moderate retention. Gave the bottle a swirl for the last third and poured in the sediment. Now quite cloudy.

A low bready malt aroma with a hint of spice.

Sweet grainy flavour dominates with not much bitterness to balance it. Some nice earthy hops and corriander at the back. Very clean and well attenuated with a quick, dry finish.

Very light, almost watery body and less carbonation than expected. Slightly slick.

Needs a little more bitterness and carbonation but still refreshing and could be consumed quickly and in quatity if needed.

Smell is sour. The taste doesn't really follow the smell. Taste is of peach and citrus. Great mouthfeel. Very drinkable

$ 2.03/16.9 oz bottle ($ 0.120/oz) at State Line Liquors, Elkton, MD
Undated bottle at 42 degrees into weizen glass
Aroma – smells like a lager
Head large (Seven cm, aggressive pour), white, creamy with rocks, diminishing to
Lacing - none
Body – initial pour straw, nearly clear. Followed directions on the bottle – swirled the last half to lift the sediment and added it to the first half. The beer was then cloudy
Flavor – a little yeast and grain, not at all bad; no hops, no alcohol, no diacetyl
Palate light, watery, soft carbonation

Pours a hazy amber with a nice head. Another word would be "unfiltered". Despite the name having unpleasant connotations in America (isn't bile a nasty intestinal goo?), this is a very nice beer. Inexpensive and worth it!

Unfiltered, pours cloudy, with a full, course head, light golden color. Be sure to give this one a 'swirl' halfway through pouring to get all the yeast off of the bottom. This beer has a citrusy aroma and taste. A bit of creaminess from the yeast and a slightly hoppy flavor. Enjoyable and refreshing.
