Poured from a bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – the aroma is big of a grainy and caramel smell mixed with notes of corn and some light toast. Being in a green bottle, there is also the skunked smell in there as well, taking a rather substantial presence in the aroma.
Taste - The taste starts with a sweet caramel malt mixed with a bit of graininess and some bread. There is a bit of the skunkiness that was in the nose in the taste as well, with some other very light earthiness. As the taste advances, the graininess increases, all while a touch of corn joins in. Toward the end the skunk gets a bit more intense, while the sweet fades a tad, leaving one with a somewhat sweet, but easy natured lager taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – the body of the brew is light to medium in thickness, with a more moderate carbonation level.
Overall – An alright lager overall. Nothing too special, but rather easy to drink.

I do like the bottle design.
Very thin, watery appearance. Almost no head. Looks more like red bull than beer after 10 seconds.
Aroma of light hops and some muskiness. Quite refreshing, the aroma at least.
Mega thin mouth feel also. Taste is musky with some kind of off alcohol flavours. Mega light. It is mega cheap though, so I'm obviously not expecting a huge amount.
I much prefer Lvivske and many craft breweries in UKraine, though at least this is better than Opilia.

A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; with a fairly aggressive pour, less than a 1 finger white head that receded quickly to a wispy cap with a moderate tight collar; OK lacing;
S: sweet malt; hay;
T: sweet malt tempered by notes of biscuit and grass; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: light to medium bodied; light to moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: surprisingly good;

Poured into a Pilsner glass. Smell is very faint, almost like a sweet scent but is hard to make out. Look is like a classic Pilsner look, with carbonation bubbles, an opaque golden color, and a small head. Taste is malt mostly but subtle, also some hops detected. Very smooth mouthful and little aftertaste.
This beer could be very refreshing if it is ice cold, but is very unremarkable, other than it is from Ukraine.

Clear yellow color. Medium-sized, white head. Light aroma of corn and malt. The taste is very light and easy to drink, but nothing interesting. Thirst quencher.

Bought at a bread shop in Algorta (Spain). Drunk at my home. 500 ml bottle poured into a Pilsener glass.
-Pilsener look with carbonation bubbles present. Big foam head.
-Freshness smell.
-Taste is pretty sweet.
-After taste is good. Carbonation is not so thoroughly felt.
Not a bad brew, besides being Ukranian which is exotic.

Copenhagen 27/11 2022. 50 cl can from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh.NV. Simple can with the name of brewery and beer vertically in red and solid green stripe going from the top to the bottom of the can.
Pours clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as flimsy, thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a chemical scent. Sweet pale malts, bread, wet cardboard and glue.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweet and bit unpleasant.
Another too sweetened generic Pale Lager from Obolon.

Pours clear straw yellow with a smallish white head, minimal spotty lacing. Aroma is faint, biscuit, corn, yeast. Flavor follows the nose, a touch sweet in front with only a hint of European noble hops. Feel is light bodied with adequate carbonation. Overall, about what is expected from the style.

Pours a mostly clear straw color with a fluffy white head that provides a surprising amount of lacing. Beautiful beer. The nose features grassy hop notes and cereal grains.
The grassy hop flavors are more pronounced on the taste, and work really well with the cereal grain flavors. Nicely balanced, with a crisp mouthfeel, this is a pretty decent Pale Euro Lager.

Found this beer at the local Total Wine.
Poured from a bottle into a a tall pint glass. Bright clear yellow color with a nice white head and decent curtain lacing. Light fresh cut grass smell. Nicely refreshing but bland taste. Nice feel for the style. A reasonable beer!

Obolon Brewery "Obolon Svitle"
500 ml green glass bottle without production codes or freshness dating
$4.49 @ Total Wine & More, Claymont, DE
Notes via stream of consciousness: The body is a clear golden with a bit of a brass sheen to it and the head is a short cap of white. It's unfortunately skunked but beyond that the grainy malt comes through clearly. I won't ding it for that, and I'll try to remember to look for it in a can and do an update. The taste is grainy, lightly sweet, and balanced by grassy and herbal hop notes and a firm bitterness. In the mouth it's medium-light in body and crisp with a fine-bubbled, standard carbonation. I appreciate that the grainy malt is so clear and bright, and it's fairly well balanced and rounded.
