Pours a hazy, glowing gold color with over 2 fingers of a soapy off-white head that dissipates somewhat slowly.
Aroma is quite tropical, with the Sabro being the likely culprit. Pineapple gummis, coconut, ripe mango, lychee, tangerine, orange pith, floral, white peach. All fruit, no green qualities like pine or earthiness. Smells like a fruit salad.
Taste has some qualities of the aroma, but goes in a different direction. Not nearly as sweet as expected. Ripe pineapple and mango, slight lime, white peach, ruby red grapefruit, grapefruit pith, floral, coconut, cedar, earthy pine. The finish dries out nicely, as well as bringing a firm bitterness in the form of earthiness, pine, and cedar. Residual sweetness lies underneath the bitterness in the form of ripe pineapple and coconut.
Medium body. Slightly soft and silky, slick, chalky, slightly sticky.
This is a solid NEDIPA, but I had higher hopes for this one given it's a collab with Parish. Not one I'd get again, especially for the price. That being said, it's an enjoyable beer, especially if you don't mind the strong character of Sabro.

16oz can from Toby. Yellow, hazy pour, soft, fine, silky head. Aroma is bready malts with light zesty citrus. Taste is soft, light citrus, zippy, full, creamy. Hits all the high notes.
