L: Hazy orange colour with a thin head that recedes to a smear and leaves intricate lacing.
S: Floral honey aroma.
T: Delightful combination of Belgian ale and sweet honey. The banana esters are there plus the rustic honey (baked banana with honey & cinnamon - bring it on!).
F: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and an astringent finish.
O: This works surprisingly well. The honey adds a rich, spicy edge to this Belgian-style golden ale that remains approachable and relatively (for 7.4% ABV) easy drinking.
