Commercial interiors experts Amanda & Joe of Design Tonic are long time friends of Amity and helped us create the amazing brewpub space here in Farsley, Leeds. Much like their designs, we wanted our collab beer to be simple and elegant. The Strata hop was a no brainer. Expect big fruity notes and some grassy and herb-like aromas, perfect for the start of springtime!

L: Hazy, pale yellow colour with a thin head and no lacing.
S: Fantastic zesty grapefruit and passionfruit aroma.
T: Fresh, tight and dry. Passionfruit, lemon sherbert and a hint of strawberry. Finish is yeasty, almost herbal.
F: Light mouthfeel, slightly sharp, moderate carbonation, very dry.
O: Intriguing and charismatic single hop pale ale (Strata).
