For our first Imperial Stout, we went vegan! We teamed up with the hottest marshmallow producer this side of the sun, The Marshmallowist. The brew used seven speciality malts to give an incredibly complex roasted coffee & chocolate base, an absolutely perfect foundation for the bouncy boatload of vegan marshmallow we threw into the boil. The result is a truly luscious stout, dark chocolate and espresso subsides into clouds of silky sweet marshmallow flavours as you sink deeper and deeper into your sofa!

L: Black with a rich mocha head and rings of lacing.
S: Amazing sweet marshmallow and chocolate aroma.
T: Follows the nose with the addition of raspberry, black cherry and rose petals.
F: Extra smooth mouthfeel with a clean, lighter finish.
O: A strong and very sweet milk stout with distinctive candy notes. Excellent.
