Our "House" IPA is popular in the brewpub and is finally in a can! We've been trying out alternative hop combos with Mosaic and Azacca with the British hop First Gold. This beer is super fruity, like having pineapple and citrus flavours squeezed into your mouth! Artwork by the talented @cooouk

440ml can.
L: Hazy, watered-down pineapple juice with a thin head that collapses to a smear.
S: Tropical fruit but kind of faint.
T:Lemon zest, lemon sherbet, tangerine and wheat.
F: Medium/light body with smooth mouthfeel, some sparkling carbonation and a dust dry finish.
O: A lovely, easy-drinking, citrusy APA. This would be an excellent 4.5% pale ale but it’s not sufficiently complex for a 6.5% IPA. Marked down accordingly.
