440ml can.
L: Very dark brown, almost black, with ruby edges. Two fingers of off-white head collapse to a thick smear that leaves rings of lacing.
S: Vanilla essence, prunes, strawberry. Quite strong.
T: Hershey’s syrup, strawberry soft-serve, plums, vanilla. Sweet with low bitterness.
F: Medium/light body with an almost dry finish.
O: Artificial tasting. Would prefer a bigger stout with less emphasis on the adjunct flavourings. I love this brewery and I love a milk stout, but this brew isn’t for me.
