Copenhagen 6/4 2026. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. A chaotic and scratchy abstract pattern in pink, orange, red, green and yellow the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent later of foam stretching to cover the surface o the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and slightly fermented odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a sharp citric scent. Peach and mango. Tart grapefruit and lemon. Resin.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a noticeable sweet undertone. Linger for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pretty light but zesty DIPA. Smells fantastic as a perfume should.
