Copenhagen 23/3 2026. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. As "Mariage à Vegas". Very colorful can which resembles a close up of a Davis Hockney paining of a fruit bowl.
Pours unclear almost opaque orange with a small white head. -----settles as a thin rim of foam running along the sides of the glass . No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor off ripe stone fruits mingling with a more subtle scent of citrus fruit- Mango and peach. A little alcohol. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry,
Sweet but still zesty.

33 cl can into a taster’s glass in Toulouse, France. Packed on Feb 24, 2025 - 7 weeks to the lip.
Pours a short finger of white foam atop yellow orange hazy brew.
Huge nose brings intense peach, mango, mixed berry, and guava from the use of a new hop strain, Kush.
Taste follows right along, with Mosaic and Talus hops amplifying the fruity profile and accelerating the experience with a sharp bitter note, a tad of tartness, and some residual -and welcomed- alcohol bite.
Mouth is silky, yet prickly. Medium carbonation.
Overall, getting a taste of a new and modern Yakima hop strain elevates this beautiful DNEIPA above the ordinary. A right fine creation indeed.
