Copenhagen 19/3 2026. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Purple can with some abstract, geological art where I easily could miss the name of the beer among the bold declarations about Cryo, Krush and Mosaic.
Pours opaque murky orange with a mid.sized white head. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the side of the gas. Almost no lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of fermented stone fruits mingling with a sharp and acerbic scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and mango. Alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Zesty French.
