This Triple NEIPA DDH is part of our Cryo Fresh™ Series. This innovation from Yakima Chief aims to capture the vibrant aromas of freshly harvested Citra and Sabro cones. In the DDH version, the use of Cryo Fresh™ intensifies the aromatic intensity. Like any good TIPA worth its salt, the texture is rich and velvety for an irresistibly indulgent beer.

Copenhagen 5/4 2026. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Blue can with frozen and snow-covered fir-trees.
Pours opaque unclear with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, fermented odor of overripe stone fruits mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Mango and passion fruit. Alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick oily, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a boozy and little searing undertone. Lingering. Finish is dry with a boozy touch.
Sweet and potent DIPA. Too good for the snow.
