To celebrate our first invitation to Billie's Craft Beer Fest in Belgium, one of the most renowned craft beer festivals in Europe, we brewed the hoppiest Triple NEIPA DDH in Fauve's history (30 g/L) with the team's favorite varieties: Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Mosaic and Sabro.

Copenhagen 3/5 2026. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Pink can with rough purple paint strokes.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and rather boozy odor pf overripe tropical fruits mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruit. Mango and passion fruit. Fermented. Metallic alcohol. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, a little viscous, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is dry with a touch of alcohol.
I have no idea what relation there is between an immensely boozy DIPA and a dog with or without a name. But then again: Who cares?
