10°P Czech Pils Dry Hopped w/ Saaz Herbal/Noble/Toasted Grain
Whenever a beer sits in a tank for a long period of time, two things happen: you sample it a lot along the way, & you get really eager to finally release it. Well, the time has finally come for our very special Collab w/ Wild East Brooklyn. We actually took their recipe & decoction schedule for their Czech-style pils Little Patience (a lower ABV version of their flagship Patience & Fortitude) & brewed it on our system w/ 1 very distinct difference, we dry-hopped it w/ Saaz from our mutual friends Crosby Hops.
