Brewed with authenticity and honesty in mind, while adhering to the traditional Czech lager brewing process. Utilizing an arduous double-decoction mash schedule borrowed from Czech brewing legends, 100% Moravian Floor Malted Czech pilsner malt, and Czech Saaz hops throughout the process.
Fermented with a classic Czech lager yeast strain for 12 days; one day for each 1° plato. Ahead of being transferred to horizontal lagering tanks for 10-weeks of conditioning and to achieve natural carbonation. The only aspect of this beer that is not inherently Czech, is that it was unapologetically brewed 4000+ miles away in New Jersey.
