A Real Beaut is a "real beaut", a good-looking beer!! This beer is a collaboration between the Alternate Ending Beer Co. and Benchtop Brewing in Norfolk Virginia. Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass, this beer displays a beautiful, clear amber color with a big, frothy white head. There are many rings of thick, frothy lacing on the glass with just a little space between rings. Head retention is very good. Aroma and taste feature a rich malt with a little herbal and grassy hops in the background. Very tasty!!! Mouthfeel is light and crisp. Not overly sweet, but it goes down easily. A very good drk lager.
