July 8th from notes. Good Imperial IPA in the New England Style. Poured from a 16 oz. can into an iced tea glass (on vacation in a state park cabin), this beer featured a thick, hazy apricot colored body and a medium sized foamy white head with good retention and thick bands of lacing, Aroma and flavor included a floral and herbal aspect with some lime and sweet melon. There is some sweetness to this beer, but it is balanced by a fairly strong (for a NEIPA) level of bitterness. Mouthfeel is rich, crisp and moderately bitter. A good IPA.
