Nearly clear amber brew with ample foam in the New Belgium snifter. Sudsy and lively in the mouth. Aroma is an intriguing mix of melon and lime with yeasty nose. Flavors of rye bread (no seeds) with green melon. The finish is dry Belgian yeast but very refined. There is a distinct bitter and astringent tang in the aftertaste. Overall this is an excellent brew with a nice balance of all the elements and delightful complex flavors. From the 16 oz can sipped by Half Time. Dated 12 Aug 2025.
