We blended our barrel-aged Silver Tuna porter, brewed with Vietnamese cinnamon, freshly ground nutmeg, and brown sugar, with a barrel-aged stout that had been resting patiently in oak. Then we gave it a final touch of extra cinnamon and nutmeg to really up the holiday cheer. Warm cinnamon hits the nose first, followed by layers of nutmeg that wrap around the palate with a cozy, lingering finish.
