One bottle purchased with the Winter Weisse at Getranktmarkt in Sulzbach-Rosenburg.
.5L bottle served in a tall glass beer mug.
A- Hazy light gold, one finger head mild retention and no lacing.
S- Cereal malts, slightly sweet smell with tones of sweetness.
T- Toasted malts, hints of honey and cereal grains. not much on the hops, mellows out bitterness barely noticible.
M- Medium body, moderate carbonation, overall good mouthfeel, but less bitter than other beers of the same type.
D- Prettod winter beer. Nothing special that I would seek out, but I'd drink it again.

BB 02-06-06. Good presentation with a very pale golden but cristal clear beer. Up ontop nice white head that lasts. Smell is green and sweet/fresh palemalty with sulphur touch that gives it more deepness. Great one to drink as this one is fresh and clean and one of the fineexamples of how good lager beer can be. Not overdone bitterness but enough for a nice aftertaste that's further clean as spring. Great brew to enjoy certainly if you have some extra in the fridge.
