Poured from a 0.5 liter bottle. Small head, but a thin layer of bubbles remains throughout the tasting. Some thin streaks for lace. The liquid is light gold and crystal clear.
Creamy, on the verge of turning, with an earthy overnote.
Rich and round body with ample carbonation to balance the mouthfeel. This is nearly all pale malt with just a smattering of raw pale barley grain. Short, milky aftertaste.

From the bottle (brewed for Stiftungs Braeu by Bischofshof, Ingolstadt), it pours a golden color with a modest head, reducing eventually to a thin layer. The nose gets the light malt scent. The mouth revels in the refreshing light malt flavor with a refreshing feeling. Yum!
