Hazy IPA dry-hopped with Samba, Cascade, and Simcoe. A slight haze on the yellow-amber brew with an abundance of foam in the tall Jack Daniels glass. Lush mouthfeel. Very aromatic with pineapple, ripe peach, and a whiff of citrus peel. Mellow green melon flavor. There's a little acidity but with the pleasant malt you might think it's under control.
Not much bitterness but distinctly astringent after some sipping. This is one of the less caustic New England style brews I've had this year, though it digs into the throat after half a glass. Better than the two harsh losers in a row last two nights. From the 16 oz can shipped from City Beer. Dated 7/11/2020 on the bottom. Maybe the stuff is better after it ages in the can awhile.
