A: Pours clear golden with loads of rather large bubbles in it. The uneven white head is kind of soapy and sets with decent lacings.
S: Grain. Malt, some boiled veggies. Bitter hops. Rather mild in smell.
T: Rich bready maltyness, semi-sweet. Bitter hops balances the malt.
M: Body is medium, carbonation strong and aftertaste short.
O: This holds too little bitter hops and too much maltyness for a nice Pilsener. If this had been a Dortmunder, it would have gotten better grades.

It has an average white head and lace that rests on top of a golden body. There is a decent amount of carbonation and tight white lace. The aroma is mildly hoppy but is mainly grassy with a wee bit of citrus mixed in there. The taste is fruity sweet with some malt and a little earthy. It has a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, a refreshing beer to wash down a donner with.

BB15-09-05. White lasting head leaving laces and pale but shiny golden beercolor. Nose is good hops and litle fresh yeastester making it green but not overwelming. Taste is as it is very clean, litle malty(sweet) before this fine and strong hoparome takes over. Great crabonisation with it making it one of the freshed pilseners i've tasted.
