25 cl tap pour at V&B Toulouse.
Arrives frothy white head on hazy yellow brew.
Nose is hop top resiny with tropical fruits and some grass.
Taste follows, with fine hop character from the blend of Citra, Nelson and Strata. Drinks bigger than its 6% abv. Unexpected good bitter note and balanced sweetness. Fruity finish.
Mouth is high medium, medium carbonation.
Overall, a well made hoppy NEIPA that I’d love to try beefed up a bit.
