Slightly hoppy aromatic taste with a distinct bitterness, hints of light bread, dried mango, pine resin, grapefruit peel and thyme. Serve at 8-10°C as a companion drink or with pork or lamb dishes, preferably grilled.

Copenhagen 26/6 2025. 33 cl can from Systembolaget, Emporia, Hyllie. Purple can with sickly green squares and the name of the beer in pink. Quite the contrast.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as a 4 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense witj a sweet pleasant odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a more prominent scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and hints of mango. Grapefruit and tart green grapes. Light whiff of fermentation.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit, Finish is semi-dry.
Satisfying with a nice combination of juicy hops.
