Opaque maize nearing tan with a tall khaki foam head that settles like frothy milk in lumpy mounds leaving wavy layers of lacing.
Papaya, mango, macadamia nut--I don't know! While difficult to describe, it's very good, reminding me of my early experiences with Tree House. It's got a tropical spice and a uniquely seedy, savory quality.
The body is fluffy yet not heavy, finishing delicately semi-dry.
