Double Barrel Bang
27 Months Buffalo Trace Bourbon
16 Months Rabbit Hole Bourbon
Later conditioned on toasted coconut, cocoa nibs,
coffee, and Madagascar vanilla beans.
This is a delicious dessert stout! I had my designated driver (that does not appreciate good beer) try several high end stouts during Tampa Bay Beer Week. He selected this as the best over all!
As a Bourbon drinker, I am partial to Buffalo Trace. The barrels may have enhanced!
Tried these at Corporate Ladder during Tampa Bay Beer Week. They had some outstanding stouts and high % IPAs.

Void black with a tan foam head of moderate height.
Coffee and waffle cone wafer meet a softly soothing creamy coconut that finishes sticky yet chewy dry.
I'm not sure the barrels impart a lot of character here, but they do seem to clean it up a bit.
---
Having the 2023 version at the 3rd anniversary party on August 12 requires I bump my 4.35 score up a hair because it explodes further into jamocha cone while adding notes of bourbon pecan pie as well as some pleasant char in the finish.
