Viscous almost oily black with burnt brown edges and no head.
Oh that's like some Horus shit. A hazelnut wafer pastry mouth fuck coming just barely shy of cloying is made all the more mind-boggling that there's no added hazelnut here.
So, I suppose this just exhibits a deft combo of ingredients, but on a day focused on pastry stouts, I was surprised to find this unheralded draft pour to be the most intense of them all.
