Aged 52 months in three different barrels (14 months in Knob Creek barrels, 17 months in Willett Distillery barrels, 21 months in Rabbit Hole barrels) then conditioned on toasted coconut, raw coconut, coffee beans, cocoa nibs, and vanilla beans from the volcanic islands of Comoros.

Obsidian black with the thinnest dark brown blanket.
Viscous AF coconut wafer and peanut cookie sandwich start us off sweet, but somehow it comes to a relatively dry finish of oak tannin--I suppose not surprisingly after all that barrel work.
Deep and delicious, having this after some other high profile pastry stouts, it's clear how on top of their game CLAG is, really standing out and in many ways head and shoulders above most.
