On tap, served in a willibecher, deep chalky but somehow also earthy orange, with a huge foamy head that leaves a ton of lacing. Nose has big round melon, orange, and something else sweet and mild notes that carry right through into the nose. Not all that complex, but very very tasty and smooth. Maybe it is like a rambutan kind of fruitiness? I probably wouldn’t guess that if it didn’t have “Asian” in the name, but that’s the closest I can come to that taste. Mouthful is very soft and there is no bitterness or liveliness at all, but it also kind of lacks any kind of definition.
