This is one delicious beer! Not sure why it's described as an Italian-style pilsner and yet it has a Finnish name. To me, it's very much a German-style pilsner, the good unböring kind.
Bready, refined spicy bitterness with mild floral/grassy notes.
A solid 4+ star brew.

Poured from the can into a Libbey style pilsner glass.
We are bit of a gusher here. Huge forming head taking over nearly 80% of my glass on the pour. With some control we settle to a rich lather of nice white and a real classic golden body, hazed and lemon dark looking. Thick crushing retention for a pils, with giant mounds of suds and cling. Impressive but bordering on ridiculous.
Aroma is real nice though. Crisp sensing malt, with a big presence of thick like bread dough. Dense sensing, with hints of sweet breads and a touch of herbal pine hop to sink your teeth into.
Palate seems to just get by. Light bodied even for a straight up pils. Hints a bit watery taking away much of the crisp sensing character and flavor. Still a manageable faint hint of bready density and honey, but a more tea like hop finish. Finishes muted with bitter tea and mellow herbs.
Hints of a better beer are in here, wish this had a solid malt depth to it, which could give it a real impressive drinking experience.
