Our year-round single origin lager brewed with floor malted spring barley from Maine.
Floor malting is a traditional method which is labor intensive and produces some variability within the final product. This ‘imperfection’ is actually the key, resulting in a complex beer with nuance that would otherwise be left undiscovered.
Tasting notes of cereal grains, bread crust and alpine honey.

Canned 2025/10/14
Pours a fizzy bubbly 1 finger head with fair retention, no lacing, clear honey straw color with a bit of sediment
Nose brings a lot of lager malts, dough cereal, straw, a little husky or gristy like, touch of honey candy, light floral hop
Taste brings more of the cereal grains, doughy, bready, gristy, a bit of straw, fair herbal floral hops with med-light bitterness, a little honey malt, soft lager, dry semi crisp finish with med bitterness and hops getting a touch spicy late
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med carb
Overall a solid lager, decent hop profile, very nice malts, enjoyable
