what a fantastic little spot tucked a few blocks off the main drag in mcminnville, which for being known as a wine town, has gotten pretty beery as well! very cool vibes here, kind of goes with their mellow and flowy can art. doesnt look like much from the outside but they have a great space. in the parking lot they have a food truck, a small partially shaded patio area with a couple of picnic tables, and most awesomely a bar window to inside where you can get beers without going in! inside it feels like a couple of cozy living rooms with minimalist chic decor, really relaxed feel, plenty of seating for a small space, and with a small walkup bar in the front, definitely relaxing energy in here. i was impressed with the beer list and the beers, leaning lager and farmhouse heavy, but a good mix of stuff on tap. i loved their german pils called landform, and thought their helles was solid as well. clean yeast on both a farmhouse ale and a grisette, but both super well executed, even a modern fruity sour that drinks summery and nice. i love the branding on the cans. we sat outside and it was real chill, bartender was just fantastic, and our overall experience here was excellent. i cant imagine coming through again and not stopping. they have a collection of games to play, are dog friendly, and seemed happy to have us. definitely recommended, great beers and cool taproom!
