Inspired by a favorite cocktail of ours, this beer boasts major notes of honeydew and watermelon that are balanced by a pleasant tartness and salinity with a touch of evergreen on the nose. Brewed with sea salt and juniper berries, and conditioned on loads of fresh juiced cucumber and lime.
