Cloudy, green hued straw color. The initial head is minor and subsides quickly to a very small, thin rim bubble presence which leaves no lacing at all.
Mostly malty nose with a very light hop presence. It smells crisp.
High level of carbonation with a neutral pilsner-like body. The taste starts with a mild, raw barley flavor with malt in the background. The swallow brings forward a light bitterness, barely perceptible. This does linger a long time creating a more bitter aftertaste than expected.
