330ml bottle purchased from the brewery, Pilsner glass, bottled 2/12/22.
Unfiltered and golden. Small, but dense head.
Very minimal aroma. Orange peel, some pulp, yeasty.
Sweet, perfumed orange, clean bready malt, and then muddled bitterness. It surprises me that this is unfiltered. I think the yeast muddles what should be crisp with the accent of the citrus hops.
The feel is the most to style part. Drying, crisp carbonation.
It’s fun to see a German brewer playing with the traditional styles.
