330ml bottle brought back from the brewery, wine glass, best before 11/25/22. That seems like a real early best by unless this was bottled years ago, which doesn’t seem likely.
Such a heady pour! The cognac brown beer is unfiltered and little cloudy.
Notable bitterness, fusel, light woodiness, pastel candy. Boozy cotton candy.
Again boozy cotton candy. It’s sugary, but kept in check by the alcohol. Really there’s not much more than that.
Light body, medium carbonation, and a certain slickness.
Overall a rather flaccid example.
