It’s a historically rustic lager inspired by Franconian Zoiglbier. We used Germany’s oldest malting barley variety – Isaria 1924, and fresh hopped with Hayhoe Hops Cascade. The finished product has a bready malt character, smooth mouthfeel and mild hop presence with a crisp, clean finish.
