Drinking this at The Little Brother Brewing, Barrel and Bottle Company in Beautiful downtown Graham NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks Golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that lasted.
Smells lightly bready, floral, lemony.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a Nice example of a Helles Lager that I would definitely order again.
Cheers!

A: Pours a crystal clear medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of bready + biscuit + pale malts with light amount of grainy sweetness and just a hint of smoked malts. Light aromas of citrus/tangerine + citrus/tangerine zest hops. Light to moderate aromas of lager yeast.

T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of bready + biscuit + pale malts with light amount of grainy sweetness and just a hint of smoked malts. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there is a light flavor of citrus/tangerine + citrus/tangerine zest hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers for a short amount of time leaving a clean finish.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a crisp + clean + refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable and definitely a beer that I could have several during an afternoon - pairs nicely with just about any kinds of snacks/food.
