Pours a clear bright yellow amber with piles of foam in the Blanche de Chambly glass. Lush and sudsy on the tongue. Aroma of citrus peel and leaf mold. Rather dank, resiny and bitter in spite of the tropical overtones. Some flavors of coconut along with the citrus.
Hops are listed at Citra, Sabro, and Cryo Pop blend, and pop it does. This is quite interesting, massively hopped, but too bitter for my drinking pleasure. It could be so much better with half the hops. From the 16 oz can, date illegible. A brewery new to me that I will have to check out.
