DDH Winter IPA collaboration with Pizza Port
For this Winter IPA we brewed up with our good budz over at Pizza Port San Clemente we grabbed german dark malt along with some pilsner malts to get this beautiful ruby color. We hopped this beer with some NZ Nectaron and Washington grown mosaic hops. Giving it notes of slashed limes, mashed blueberries, fuzzy peach fuzz and ripe melon rind.
