This modern West Coast IPA is built upon a base of Canadian Pilsner Malt. We hit it on the hotside with a small amount of hops to give it a slight bitterness and then dry hopped with copious amounts of Strata and Mosaic. You will get huge aromatics of Melon and Citrus and then as you start to drink a flavorful but easy drinking IPA will go down leaving you satisfied and wanting more.

Pours a clear golden with a tall foam in the Weizenstarkbier glass. Well, more Strata and Mosaic, but why not? This particular combination is quite fruity with moderate bitterness. Distinctly coconut flavored to me, and more in the nose. Then peach and plenty of it. Not much in the way of citrus, but a little lemon peel in the finish. The mild sweetness is really appealing and brings out the fruit. An excellent IPA from a brewery I will have to visit. From the 16 oz can purchased at the beer store. Dated 11/02/2023.
