Clear golden brew with fine-grained foam in the tall Blanche de Chambly glass. Modest aroma of grain and a hint of alfalfa. Lively and light in the mouth. Some bread and grassy flavors. Slight bitter twang in the finish. Overall this is crisp and refreshing. It's just another light Lager but makes for a good gulp and glad to see RŌM doing a variety of styles. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'shea Brewing. Dated 01/24/25.
