Pours a clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the goblet. Aromatic with peach and straw. Rather sweet with average carbonation in the mouth. Flavors of peach and grapefruit. Quite a bitter aftertaste in the grapefruit peel arena. Overall this is an uncomplicated and quite drinkable hoppy brew. Hops are listed as Strata and Mosaic. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.
