Pours a clear golden with abundant foam in the Saint-Martin tulip. Aromatic with honeysuckle and lemon. Light body and sudsy mouthfeel. Warm and malty with a tangy finish. Fruity and a little sharp. Flavors of green melon. Not very bitter, but enough to balance the fruit. The best Pilsner style brew in a long time. Hops are Pacific Sunrise from New Zealand, and Mosaic. Give me more Pacific Sunrise! From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 12/02/25.
