Copper tilting to brown, mighty clear, off white head, over an inch with an aggressive pour which settled quickly with sensational lacing presence. Overall quiet beer.
Malty, sugary smell. some mild floral. And cherry jam, maybe cherry cough drop.
Big feel maltiness. breadiness, slightly sweet, maybe cherry pop tart. so so smooth. Perfect creaminess highlighted due to the welcomed lower carbonation. Lingering dry finish, very pleasant,. Perhaps some more rooted notes would sharpen out the edges some.
Not my go to style, but welcome a brewery concocting a classic style if it is this well crafted.
