Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. This is a triple dry hopped Imperial IPA with all New Zealand hops. The motto of this beer is "make beer, not juice".
Appearance: light yellow color wiht a ton of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam. Looking good!
Smell: tropical hops with a little bit of minty character. There's definitely a rich dank character here, too, but it's low in the mix. I really rather like it.
Taste: much more of a dank hop character than there aroma, there's also a good tropical character here of guava and papaya. There's plenty of bitterness here, too. Earthy, dank, fruity, even juicy: this beer really works for me.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: this beer started off good, and just continues to grow on me. Really, really excellent!
