Having this beer on tap at the brewery, the spear draws a clear, light to medium golden color with from streams of little bubbles rising to the surface and a nice white head that settles to a medium size ring ling the inside of the glass. Aromas of some bready malts along with some peppercorn and a bit bubblegum Along with A pinch of herbal hops. A very similar taste, with Summer bready mulch, a bit of peppercorn, a hint of bubblegum, and some herbal hop bitterness to balance out the overall flavor profile. All of the flavors are well integrated here. Has a crisp, also smooth, light to medium bodied mouth filled with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish and all the flavors linger nicely on my palate after each step in the aftertaste. A solid beer here.
