Pours a beautiful ember-brown color with a noisy, huge head.
Smells of spicy, coppery toffee and a note of wood bark among well nuanced, sweet wheat.
Has a light and very refreshing mouthfeel, which at the same time does produce a mellow creaminess.
Tastes of earth accompanied toffee malts with a spicy note of scented wood, rustic, with a prominent toasty note and a hint of caramel. Develops a note of cocoa and bakers chocolate with a rock sugar peak, calmed by a slightly metallic effervescence. Finishes a little more aqueous with its rustic maltiness maintaining, enriched by a note of herbs.
Lovely, refreshing Dunkelbier with a pleasant, throughout satisfying malt profile.
