Pours a crystal clear amber to golden color with a bigger, bubbly white head, which soon recedes to a thick lacing atop the liquid.
Smells of straw, caramel, toasted grains and matured, dry herbs among crushed crackers.
Has a vivid, sparkly mouthfeel, leading to a marvelous refreshment among an easy drinking, light body.
Tastes of toasty whole grains, covered with a layer of melting caramel among white bread dough and a lighter, yet present hop punch. The hops inherit a pleasant dryness with an interesting earthy twist, blending playfully into the rustic malt backbone of the beer. Finishes a little sweeter, with a flash of caramel among earthy toffee, cooked grains and sun blessed straw, together with a maintaining hop dryness.
This is flawless, incredibly easy drinking with a truly intriguing depth to it.
